Please use the registration form below to register for the HBA Student Conference with First Baptist Church. Student's participating must currently be in 6th-12th grade. Social distancing measures and other precautions will be in place and must be observed throughout the conference. The deadline to register is Wednesday, February 17th.
The cost for the conference is $80 per student and can be paid at the church in person or online. If paying with a check, make check out to First Baptist Church and write HBA Student Conference on the memo. All registration and payments must be in by Monday, March 1st.
Each student and adult volunteer attending must have a participant form (WaiverSign) on file. If you have not filled one out, please do so. Before starting, make sure you have medical info handy. Fill out all required fields, read/acknowledge, sign and you're done, EASY! Each adult volunteer will be required to fill out a background check as well. If you have question related to participant forms or background checks or the conference itself, please contact our Minister to Students, Jimmy Jordan. A parent meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 17th (via Zoom) to cover more conference details.
